Podium Diving Camps

Podium Diving Training Center camps are designed to give athletes an intensive, individualized training experience in both dry-land and water. Our camps are open to divers of all levels and are built around one goal: helping each athlete make meaningful progress in a focused, high-performance environment.

Each camp day includes dry-land sessions as well as water sessions.

Dry-land Training

Athletes train in our dedicated dry-land facility, which includes four dry-boards with spotting belts, three trampolines with overhead belts, a foam pit, mat-flip stations, and a tumble track.

Dry-land sessions focus on body control, takeoff mechanics, rotation, aerial awareness, flexibility, strength, and dive-specific skill development. When appropriate, athletes may be spotted in harness systems while working toward new or more advanced dives. Safety and proper progression are always our top priorities.

Water Training

Athletes then transition to our world-class aquatic facility, featuring two 1-meter springboards, two 3-meter springboards, a full tower system, and water-belt training capabilities.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all practice, each athlete receives an individualized workout based on their current skill level, goals, and areas for development. Our coaching staff works closely with each diver to refine technique, build confidence, develop new skills, and create a clear path toward their next level of performance.

Whether an athlete is looking to improve fundamentals, overcome a specific technical challenge, learn new dives, or prepare for competition, Podium diving camps provide focused coaching and a training environment built for development.

Open to all levels.
